Evidently, according to the service representative at Toyota Sunnyvale, CA, the struts leak at 60-70K miles and need to be replaced. This is an unacceptable issue. Toyota should be responsible for any normal wear and tear issues that happen under 100k miles. I've had BMWs and Mercedes that go 200K and do not leak or need replacement.
