On July 4, 2014 after we arrived home. I opened the left gate to pick up some grocery bags; while I am picking an item, the left gate came down fall free hitting my front head and caused injury that was bad enough for wife to drive me to the emergency room, I received 3 staples; as per emergency room, I followed up with a neurologist; after running some tests he prescribed some medications and asked me to stay home due to suffering of concussion; the neurologist also found out that I have memory problems. Until this moment,
The last thing I could imagine is for the lift gate failure to operate in my 60 years living never heard of such thing. I never believed that Toyota would produce such unsafe product. I would like this complaint to reach Toyota and provide an explanation for such unsafe product and would like Toyota to take responsibility to this incident.
