I have a complaint that I want to submit. I am very disappointed with the service I got from Toyota Springs.

On the 02/12/2014 my Toyota Yaris 2008 model went to Toyota Springs for a recall on the Windows.

Only to be shocked that when we received the car back the air conditioner did not work, the central locking where you lock from the main switch on the driver’s door did not work and the window at the driver side and the driver back side does not wind up. The window on the passenger side does not wind down the only thing now working is the window at the back of the passenger side.

My car went back to Toyota twice to have it fixed and they keep on telling me that the recall is closed it is going to cost me R2500 to fix the problems, and that the fuse of the air conditioner blown.

Now first of all my air conditioner was in working order, my central locking worked and the windows was in working order now all of a sudden it has become my problem to get it fixed after the Foreman of Toyota Springs worked on my car they are just saying that it is not their problem.

I cannot see how this is now my problem to get this fixed if this is the way that I received my car back from Toyota Springs.

My car is now standing I cannot drive it because if it rains my Interior is going to get damaged I cannot lock my car when I drive now it is my problem how I must get to work because Toyota is not doing anything about this.
