2000 Chrysler Town and country left front wheel came off while driving. Consumer states that the vehicle began to shake prior to the wheel coming off. He was able to pull to the side of the road safely. The left front bumper and left front tire and rim were damaged and the left front tire lug nuts and rim studs were broken. Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0271-90.
