The contact owns a 2001 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the air bag warning light illuminated and the horn failed to operate. The failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The contact was advised that the clock spring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 180,000.
