The pump behaved like it was low on fluid. With the engine running, the level drops way low , ( like it is cavitating ) Engine turned off, ( like the owners manual states ) The level is fine. With the ENGINE RUNNING I had my wife cycle the steering wheel while I poured fluid in the resiviour. Now it is overserviced but the shuttering has stopped. I will also add there is no visual leak.
