Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

The contact owns a 2003 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the brakes squeaked and pulsated when depressed. All of the brakes and rotors were replaced. The air conditioner compressor made a grating and scraping sound and was replaced, along with the alternator. The contact was afraid to remove the key from the ignition because it would take ten minutes of jiggling to get it back in and start the vehicle. The vehicle would make a clunking noise when shifting into gear. The cylinoid was replaced. The gasket and seal on the water pump and the accessory belt were replaced. The contact was informed that the water pump needed to be replaced within six months. The liftgate was replaced as well.
