Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

There is a defective ignition system. Originally fine, then a recall put in a defective system 4 years ago. Received another recall notice about 1 year ago on the ignition. Called the dealer, they said they did not have parts yet but would call when they did. No call ever. Then got another recall, R03/nhtsa14V-373. Went to luther Chrysler who said no recall parts yet but maybe before August. This problem has been going on for years and the manufacturer has never responded professionally to the issue. On a second issue, I have defective brakes. Made numerous complaints to Chrysler and logged a complaint with you. No response and no cure. Finally worked with midas to understand the problem and finally found the flaw. Defective mounting surface for the brake roter. Can only resurface the brakes "on the car". brakes now work fine but it was not because of Chrysler.
