problem #2

Town & Country LXU 3.8L

The key fob seems to be overly sensitive. A brush of a finger over the sliding door control button opens and/or closes the door (primarily on the driver's side). When you walk away from you car in the parking lot, you never know whether the vehicle is secure of not. Opening the sliding door UNLOCKS the driver's front door. A run around from the service department at Dwayne Lane Chrysler/Jeep in Everett is all I have gotten so far.

Town & Country Touring 4.0L

  • Automatic transmission

The FOB has become so sensitive that doors unlock and windows come down just using key FOB with little or no pressure. Windows are not supposed to come down using key FOB and this situation compromises security of vehicle interior and contents. Need to know what can be done to alleviate problem, if this can be done or does FOB need to be replaced?
