Lift gate is ONLY one small complaint!! Engine goes 'neutraling' while driving. Never know when it will slip out of gear!!! It lasts for different amounts of time until it decides to put itself back into gear and be able to be drivable again. Lights behind temperature control fade in and out when in use as well is not in use. Dealership feels this may all be due to aftermarket remote start – which they had installed at a nearby dealership. They removed the aftermarket remote start and replaced it with a Chrysler warranty remote start. Picked up the van one day and the next day the liftgate did not work the first two times – it worked the third time. We are afraid to drive it as we do not know what's going to happen to it next! If the liftgate wasn't fixed then apparently it wasn't related to the aftermarket remote start. We are just waiting for it to go "neutralizing' again and have the lights fade off and on the front dash - or whatever else it decides to do....
