brakes locked up, windshield flew off
I bought a mini-van from DARCARS in December. 2013. I pay over $600 a month as a car note. I bought the mini-van to transport my kids to school and to use as a family car for my wife and children. I asked the dealership for the mats to which I was never given. I have had the car for approximately 4 months and the brakes are gone. They locked up on Thursday. Thank God I had just made it home with my daughter from school. The brakes just suddenly started to make an awful sound making it hard for me to bring the car to a halt. I was afraid my daughter and I were going to be killed. I called DARCARS and sent an email to the CEO, Mr. John Darvish, Jr. They have treated me with the greatest disrespect. The General Sales Manager, Mr. Si Faiqe was absolutely horrible and DARCARS even said they had no record of where the vehicle I bought actually came from. These people are horrible and unethical. They even stopped answering the phone to avoid taking responsibility for selling me an unsafe car that could have caused the lives of my family and me. I am not done with DARCARS. I am now going directly to Chrysler to see if they will take responsibility for a car I have now found has been recalled because of the rotors. I will never buy another Chrysler and will certainly never deal with DARCARS and the Darvish family again. The Darvish family have no business ethics. They are completely unscrupulous.
