Ive had many of the problems listed in all these complaints!! We have taken it o the dealerships several times still not fixed..clunking noise when put ito gear chirping noises too..stalls out of nowhere..no ability to steer brake or anything very scary with five kids in there..happens so frequently almost daily! On top of that we have had two front end alignmnts at dealership in 3 months still the same..two recalls that are serious but they never have parts to fix it said they only get one small box from chrystler and its gone fast..been waiting 7 months still no parts! Dangerous! we noticed right away the transmisson was crap the first week..brand new and junk..now we are having more issues with it..a light a warning light wont go off dealership cant get it off ether and dont know what it is.. cant get up our road when its raining even with skid control on, The stalling is a real pain and scary and so many people are experiencing it why arent they fixing it?? always liked chrystler but not now! Worst purchase weve made.

My 2013 Chrysler T&C is under the manufacturers drivetrain warranty. The fact that my transmission is "clunking" at times when shifting from Park to Reverse and/or from Reverse to Drive indicates a problem that affects the drivetrain. The dealer states that if it's related to an update to the control module - it's not covered and I have to pay for this.

Here's where I rant! Chrysler has known about this issue and it's in several tech bulletins. Because mine didn't start soon enough (the original 36k) I'm SOL and have to pay for it.

My next stop is consumer affairs if I don't hear from Chrysler. For what I spent on this van and the fact that this is a known problem, it should be covered.

This is my third Chrysler vehicle with the same recurring transmission issue. The issue is a loud clunking noise when I shift from reverse to forward. The frequency of this problem increases in occurrences as the current vehicle ages. I currently have 18,000 miles on my vehicle and the clunking is occurring about every third time I shift gears. Chrysler has recently updated the software for this problem but the clunking continues.
