The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler Town and County. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph, the driver-€™s side electronic sliding door inadvertently opened. The contact indicated that the failure had occurred on multiple occasions. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified but no assistance was offered. The contact indicated that the failure was due to the sliding door coming into contact with the electrical wires preventing the door from closing securely. The failure mileage was 72,000.
