So it's 21 degrees out. I started the van and turned the radio on. I tried changing the channel and it would not move. So I pushed it a few times it was not changing channels. I shut it off and tried again and that's when the glass cracked. I called the dealer and they never heard of such a thing happening but they said it's going to cost me around $1,300 to $1,500 to replace the radio.
The friggin van is only 7 months old! Still under warranty. I will never lease another vehicle from them. So I went on ebay and found I can replace the screen for $380.00 for the part. You don't have to replace the entire radio. Did I mention the van is still under warranty! I called Chrysler and complained. They told me that I must of pushed too hard or punched it. Well needless to say, I did not punch it and overall cost to me is going to be $500. ($380.00 for the part when it comes in and $120.00 for the installation from a local car stereo place.) Chrysler you suck! and Garden City Chrysler you suck too!!!!
