When I initially purchased this vehicle, the day I was purchasing and before I drove it out of the lot, the window fell into the door and they had to fix it. Now it has happened again. I have been researching and apparently this is an ongoing issue with Chrysler Town & Country vehicles.

Front power windows have fallen into the door three times now. Each time it required replacement of the window regulator and cable. I can't imagine this happening on the highway -- would scare the bejesus out of somebody when there's a loud bang and the window just drops into the door. Plus, it's a security issue since you have an open window that can't close until you get the repair. Internet searches show this to be a common issue.
