We bought this truck from Carmax several years ago and so far everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with it. We are fortunate however that we didn't catch fire (we actually received that recall) but haven't received any others. The latest and greatest problem we are experiencing is my bf was driving home on Friday and the damn truck just stopped running and wouldn't restart. It sounds like there is power but no juice. It's not the battery. I've been reading on here about a head gasket going. What are the symptoms of that? He has already gone through the tie rods, spark plugs, coils. etc. We are also wondering if it's the alternator. We are not mechanics however he is trying to do the repairs on his own due to the high cost. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be? Anyone else have this happen to them? Thank you in advance for any help.
