Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0L

replace your vacuum modulator valve, the book says to lower the transmission, wrong if you lower the tranny you can't get your arm up there... I took a 2 ton jack raised the tranny, took the cross member bar off to give me some room, the bar closest to the tranny, the vacuum modulator valve is located on the left, your gonna have to look at the book to see exactly where....

how does transmission fluid get into my engine oil?
there is no sign of leaking transmission fluid, yet i have to add a gt once a week. i check the oil and it is overfilled. drain some out and the next week it is overfull again. what is up with this?
