The car went in with the engine management light on, eventually discovered there was a leak through a gasket on the inlety manifold. That has been replaced but now the back left cylinder is not firing, even though compression is great, no apparent leaks and when you remove the spark plug lead to see if it is sparking it is except when it is on the spark plug. It has been at the mechanics for about 12 weeks as they have tried to get the thing working, eventually they had to pull the engine out of the engine bay to work on it, the previous owners neglected to tell us about the problem or that it had been occurring for about a year. Should be a law for this in Australia.
