Same problem others are having that by now Ford should recall this situation due to safety issues of getting out of troubled vehicle before someone sues Ford for the neglect of this situation...the drivers door lock/latch is broke, and by another complaint...seems to me, the broken spring I also found has alot to do with the problem. Very dangerous that one cannot exit a vehicle thru the doorway. Dangerous if person is too big to crawl out of seats. Fix it ford!!!!!
