Car was brand new from dealership we bought it and before we even pulled out we realized it wouldn't go into cargo mode. So we walked back in and reported it. They took a look and said they would need it the next day. So at the end of the next day they stated a part had to be ordered to replace malfunction.
I need the seat to elevate so my Son can sit in the back. However the seat will only go to cargo mode or to seat mode but when you have to pull the red cord so people can pass thru it is jammed and will not work.
