The contact owns a 2010 Ford Explorer. While the vehicle was undergoing an oil change at chuck colvin auto center (1925 or-99W, mcminnville, or 97128, (800) 223-5099), the contact was informed that the rear differential was leaking and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was currently at the same dealer awaiting repairs. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 38,200.
