The contact owns a 2013 Ford Explorer. While driving approximately 75 mph, the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver and the service advance traction control and service power steering warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14V286000 (steering). The failure mileage was 53,000. The VIN was unavailable. MA 08/11/15
