I had a fire and burning wires in my dashboard. USAA says that it is not a liability issue related to an accident and Ford says it is past the 100K limit on MFR Warranty so anything that happens to the car is just wear and tear. So if you have a car with an electrical wiring issue that causes damage, you are on your own with the liability. No one ever accepts blame for anything in this world anymore. FORD and USAA insurance are pathetic. I wish this would have cropped up last year before my warranty expired. $5,800 for a repair that is due to faulty wiring.

DO NOT TRUST FORD! THEY KNOW THEIR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ARE VERY FAULTY AND WILL DENY EVERYTHING TO AVOID LIABILITY.
