Stopped at an intersection and when I went to drive off heard a loud clunk and could not move the vehicle. Had to push it back to a safe location and wait for a tow truck. Taken to the local Ford Dealer and they would not start work on the problem until they heard from FORD.

Mechanic STATEMENT:- Checked and duplicated concern. Vehicle has no forward or Reverse gears. Ran "Oasis" Oasis did not identify concern. Inspected vehicle. Found right front axle support bearing bracket broken which caused the axle to pop out of the transmission. It is unknown if there is internal damage to the transmission at this time. Contacted Hotline for further instructions Removed right front axle and inspected transmission per Hotline instructions. Need to remove transmission and inspect for internal damage. Removed Transmission, Disassembled Transmission. Found damage to Differential Assembly. Parts on Order. Replaced Transmission. Reinstalled Transmission. Replaced Right Front Axle. Replaced Right Front Axle Bracket. Added 7 qt of Mercon Lv. Test drove vehicle. Concerns no longer present
