When turning the steering wheel there is a scraping sound.

Update from Jan 30, 2022: Some how it has not been doing this for quite some time. Thank you for reminding me that it was an issue.

So this is the second time I have replaced the steering rack in my 2015 Ford Explorer. The problem seems so common that my dealer stocks the part. This should definitely be a recall issue. I have spend $4000 on replacing a steering column. It's insane!
