My Explorer is currently at the Ford Dealer for a few things. What this is about is that the paint is flaking off in 2 places on the driver's side factory installed roof rail. The vehicle is under warranty, but the service advisor said according to the body shop it is not covered under the warranty. I'm waiting to hear back from the body shop supervisor. The roof rails keep popping up also which are supposedly being fixed under a recall.
