Two weeks after purchase, I went to start car only to find total dead battery. Ford roadside assistance came and was able to jump start (we needed 5 minutes with tow truck revving hard). I drove it to dealer. The next day they called and said pick up the car - nothing is wrong, we probably left the lights on. About once a month the same thing happens and we get a message the car went into deep sleep mode.

We don't go anywhere without jumper cables. Car is at the dealer now for major transmission problems. It's been there a week still being diagnosed so we had them check this electrical problem. And now they agree that the deep sleep mode is a problem and the fix is still to be determined. No ETA on when the car will be returned. Dealer doesn't call us. We call every few days for updates but they have no real answer.
