1988 Honda accord carburetor engine. car will not start, replaced fuel pump relay after testing wiring circuit and car started..now car won't start and doing the same thing all over again. pump cycled in the past and car ran until carb ran out of fuel. did relay go bad again? is wiring bad? pump is running at tank.
