After brakes wear in on new 2005 Accords, the brakes start making a clicking sound if you place the car in reverse, move it and then step on the brakes. Once you shift into forward, move the car and then step on the brakes, they click again. Honda reports this is a known issue and is impossible to fix. Funny that the salesman never mentioned this 'known' issue when I bought the car. Had I known this, I would not have purchased the car. Honda says the brakes need to float and the clicking is a result of this. I'm 54 and have owned many cars and none of them ever made this noise - old or new. This is ridiculous and is part of what gives car manufacturers a bad name. Come on Honda - stand behind your vehicles - even after you make a design mistake...
