I bought my car in January, 2008. From the initial purchase date to the present, the 17 inch chrome rims have been repaired 3 times. They continue to fade around the edges and peel off. Honda refuses to replace the rims, however, they don't mind sending them for refinishing. It would be great if the problem could be fixed, however, the same thing continues to happen over and over. I have been told that this is a common problem when it comes to Honda alloy rims. For a $40,000.00 car, i'm not impressed at the lack of quality and refusal to replace the defective rims with new ones.
