Don't buy eBay replacement according to mechanics who looked at my car. I had already bought two online and the first one worked about 6 months and the second on not at all. Finally am taking it to a body shop to get it fixed right.

One day, all power windows in my car stopped working except for drivers window. Looked up issue on the internet (common problem) and saw what the problem was (Master switch shorts out). Ordered new part from local auto parts store and replace the switch myself. Reprogram keys for compatibility and works fine now.

Another prime example of Honda Quality. All of the windows except the drivers side do not work. You can hear the window click but they do not move. This is terrible especially when it is hot out. Thank god the air conditioner still works (for now).

Rear right window won't close all the way to the top. This is the first Honda we've ever purchased. Ever since the car passed 30,000 miles, we experience one problem after another, such as windshield, trim, headlight, etc.

Accord SE 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 42,000 miles

About week ago came outside to my car to use my remote to lower all my windows, to allow the heat to escape. To only discover that only my driver window would go down. The next day I just rode with the A/C on, but on the following the day my windows worked just fine. I was able to turn car off and on with windows still operating. Everything was normal until my passenger window got stuck half way down. I took my Accord to dealership to inquire if it was a fuse? The dealership offered me $100 and mentioned it could be the switch that needs to be replaced. I'm pissed.... it hot as hell and I'm wasting gas riding with 1 window halfway down and running A/C.

Accord EXL 4 cyl

Seemed pretty expensive when it wasn't a motor and just effected the passenger and rear windows. Probably just a wire came loose and I got taken to the cleaners. I thought they were required to give you the old part. Isn't that the case anymore?

Three of my windows just stopped working. I took it to a mechanic friend of mine, and he said nothing was wrong with the master switch. I changed the fuse- no luck. For a while I could hit the driver side door and the rest of the windows would work, but that only worked 2 times. Sucks!!!

The drivers side window is the only one that will work on my 2007 Accord SE. The other 3 will not come down! Haven't check to see how much it is going to cost to get it fixed, but the problem is ridiculous!! Should be under warranty.

My windows started making a horrible noise several months ago. I quit using them for the most part. One afternoon I went out to the store, tried to put my windows down, and they didn't works. 3 of the 4 windows quit working at the same time. The driver window works all the time. The other 3 windows only work when it's raining outside. Called the dealership and told them what was going on. They told us that they had never heard of 3 windows that quit working at the same time. They told me that I must have locked the windows and told me how to unlock them...well let me think for a minute....THE VERY FIRST THING I DID WHEN THEY QUIT WORKING WAS MAKE SURE THAT THE FREAKIN WINDOWS WEREN'T LOCKED. So I told them that. They told us that we can bring it to them and they would charge us $100 to just "check it out" once they figure out whats going on, then if we get it fixed the same day they will credit us on the bill for $100. I think that a car 3 years old that cost $20,000, should have nothing wrong with it.
