My navigation stopped working after my Honda Factory Warranty expired, I took it to dealership and they said they couldn't fix it and would cost about $2500 to replace head unit. I've tried Factory Reset and that didn't do the work. But my Radio Head Unit still works. Honda is no longer a reliable car, next time I will buy a AUDI.

First happened today, too late to contact Dealer, need to follow up tomorrow by contacting Dealer whether it's a fuse or software problem. If it's a fuse, which one, and how to change it without taking to dealer.

Occasionally (once or twice a week) when engine is started (and radio has been left in "ON" position from last time engine was running) the radio will come on but then go silent after about 5 seconds. This happens with both AM and FM but Sirius is not affected. When it does happen screen remains lit up but frequency number of station disappears from screen. The only way I've discovered to get the radio back on is to kill the engine and then restart it. Have others encountered this behaviour of their radio in their 2016 Accord? I note that some folks have experienced nav system shurdown. The EX-L does not come with a nav system, at least not in Canada.

Accord LX 2.4L

On one trip, the fuel economy feature wouldn't turn on. On another trip, both LCD screens turned off and later rebooted. Will report these problems when the vehicle goes in for its first oil change.

Accord EXL V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 105 miles

This is a brand new 2016 Honda Accord with about 105 miles. The radio/navi system shuts itself off completely. And won't power on or off. Power back on when it want's to.
