CarComplaints.com Notes: The 3rd generation A8 got off to a slow start. Really slow, like "limp home" slow thanks to leaking antifreeze frying the engine's control modules. Thankfully the problem was recalled in September 2016.

I have been dealing with water leaking from my sunroof into to the middle overhead controls that operate the sunshade and interior lights and also the front passenger side leaks water onto the seat and carpet. I have performed tests on both drains located within the pillars that is routed to the front wheel well and the water exited fine. There is a hidden faulty crack somewhere located within the roof frame and Audi customers shouldn't be responsible for locating and repairing their defects. I also performed multiple tests on the front windshield molding to see if any leaks occur. "The results are none " The problem is coming from the poorly built sunroof frame and body system. I see Audi finally received some class action lawsuits but I noticed they only for 2016+ models. Ahh, excuse me these idiot con artists have been screwing drivers over way before 2016. That lawsuit needs to include 2011+ .
