This was the second incident where the vehicle would not start. I googled the internet and found many similar complaints and one had a software upgrade done, so I demanded the dealership do a software upgrade. They tried to tell me the car wasn't under warranty and so I would have to pay for it but I didn't pay because this condition had occurred previously (while under warranty) and they did nothing to fix it then.

Another day without the vehicle (4 days total now since I bought it) and more time taken off work.

Car battery appeared completely dead. Nothing was left on accidentally to draw power. The vehicle was parked inside a garage and had been used without incident the previous day. The dealership checked for parasitic draws but found none. They did find a bulb burnt out which cost me $69.35 to replace and they advised a Fuel/Emmision service for $149.95. I lost the use of the vehicle for 1 day and had to take 3 hours off work to deal with this issue.
