Consumer letter regarding Explorer pro comp suspension kits contact on new 2500 series Chevrolet Avalanche. The consumer believes that federal rules and regulations prohibit contact and/or any bending to occur of suspension components. The consumer feels that over time these components could fail prematurely and result in serious injury or death. The consumer requests full investigation into the matter.
While turning the steering wheel a clicking sound was heard. Vehicle was taken to the dealer seven times, and dealer was unable to fix the problem. 8nm
