I cannot change the volume for the navigation on the car without changing the volume for the music. They are supposed to be separate and can change the navigation volume when the car is giving directions. I noticed it when the music was on low and the voice on the navigation was barely a whisper. I kept trying to change it and it would not change. All visuals for volume control stopped working as well, so I couldn't tell what it was doing other than listening to it. I rebooted the infotainment system and the visual controls came back, but the problem wasn't fixed.

If I try to change the navigation volume it says that it is being changed on the screen, but the volume doesn't change. If I change the music volume, the navigation volume will change but even when turned up is hard to hear over the music. I trying playing with the volume control with the music off, and I still cannot change the volume. I found that if i am using navigation without the music I need to turn on the music to adjust it.

For example if the navigation volume is super quiet, I need to turn on the music, turn it up to have it blasting, then, turn the music back off and then i can get good volume on the navigation with the music off. Right now I can't use music and navigation if i want to hear the directions.
