Dealer has painted the hood 2 times and still can't match the paint. We've had possession of the car 12 days... the dealer has had it 17. GM issued a case number and escalated the case to a district specialist who was supposed to call me 3 days ago. Still haven't heard from her. Can't get the owner of the dealership to return my phone calls either. We haven't even made the first payment on this car. You would think that a taxpayer owned company would do a better job... but, then again, it's government.
