I was driving home and hit an 8 point buck that weighed about 180lbs head on that caused damage from the middle front center of the car extending to the drivers side of the car and smashing up into the motor. The instrument panel immediately illuminated to service airbag but the airbag never deployed. I was told if I was going slower, the deer would have went through the windshield. I could have been seriously hurt since the airbag didn't deploy. I bought this car brand new with only 17 miles on it. I have driven it for 2 years and now have to wonder if my family and I were put at risk for the last two years, while traveling to Ohio, from Iowa and out to boise 3 times. Of course I will be told there is nothing wrong and the car will be repaired, and I will be forced to continue driving a car that I won't really feel safe in because I won't know for sure if the airbag system is fixed, and will work right if this unfortunately will ever happen again. Somehow this will be pushed under the rug and there will be nothing I can do about it.
Just a short time after I bought this car, which I love, I hit a deer. I was going 45 mph at the time and the impact did $10,000 damage but the air bag did not go off. Thankfully I was not hurt and I was wearing my seat belt. To this day the car just isn't the same.
The road was icy and I slammed into back of dump truck that already crashed into fence of cemetery, and my air bags never deployed (I couldv'E been seriously hurt) but I wasn't.
Traveling West and an East bound vehicle turned in front of me. The other driver was ticket for failure to yield and accident causing bodily injury. My air bags did not deploy I sustained injuries to my chest, hit my head on drivers side window and my left should and ribs were thrown in to the door.
I was stopped at a stop sign getting ready to cross over hwy to go North bound. A truck came out of nowhere and hit my driver side front end. My air bags didn't deploy. I googled it and saw there is a recall on my vehicle for air bag. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago. Shouldn't the dealer be responsible for fixing recalls before selling the car even it is used.
I was driving and was turning East at the light when a car was coming towards me. I noticed the car was not stopping and hit the passenger side of my car. The airbags did not deploy from the passenger side to which my younger brother was sitting. I checked online to see if there were side airbags before I wrote this information...updated 10/07/14 updated 3/11/2015
My daughter was driving my car to my place of work. Snowy day, making a right hand turn, going very slow to turn, she started sliding. My car slid sideways, the drivers side rear tire hit curb, all airbags opened except drivers steering wheel. She sustained head and neck injury. Transported to hospital by ambulance with neck collar on, nothing broken. Out of work for 2 weeks, immobile with back pain. I was without my car for a month, waiting on parts from GM to repair rear axle and rest of the airbags.

Traveling on the interstate about 60mph, car in front of me slammed on their brakes, I did the same but did not have enough time as it only took a split second and I had rear-ended the car in front of me still going approximately 55-60mph. My head hit the steering wheel because no air bags ever deployed. I suffered cervical straightening of the C spine and strain, which resulted in tests to rule out brain bleed. Severe headache and swelling of my head eventually eased 4-5 days post accident.
