My vehicle completely shut down at 5000 miles when the central computer malfunctioned. The car was inoperable and had to be towed. After it was replaced, I was told by the dealership that the same problem may occur with the new computer and it would need to be reprogrammed. I've put on an additional 25,000 miles, and have had no related issues.
