I have a 2004 chevy 3500 express van with the swing out side doors. The hinge pins are seizing so bad that the body flexes when I open them. Warranty is expired and GM won't help. This is not an uncommon problem with these vans. It can be a safety issue because a child or old person may not have the strength to open doors in case of emergency. There has been a redesign of the pins since 04 but Chevy won't fix them and repair will cost me at least $300.
