The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Express van. The contact stated that while making a turn, the steering wheel shook uncontrollably and became very hard to maneuver. The contact was a certified mechanic who diagnosed that the lower isolation grommet on the front shock failed. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was unavailable. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000.
I purchased four of these vehicles and can not keep them on the road. The vehicle shakes violently and the vehicle has to come to a complete stop before this "death shake" stops.
