The 2006 Chevrolet HHR I own has to be one of the biggest lemons I have ever owned! It only has 79,000 miles on it and the brake rotors rusted so badly they warped and had to be broken apart for removal! I have never seen rotors that rusted like this! But my biggest complaint is my current problem. The Fuel Supply Line rusted and is leaking behind the drivers seat area. I can get the leak to stop by loosening the gas cap and de pressuring the tank! The dealer wants me to replace the entire line which would be a $600 fix! I have never heard of or seen such a terrible design and problem that is so dangerous in my life. Chevrolet should be required to fix this manufacturing defect!!
