This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
On the driver's seat a weld snapped and the drivers seat is no longer stable. The car can be driven but we were told it was not under warranty any longer due to the mileage. We feel that this is a manufacturers defect and it should be corrected by the company. I intend to send a letter to the company also.
Driver's side seat tracks/anchors tore/broke away from metal. Dealer notified, and informed consumer to to replace tracks/anchors; consumer believed this condition is a manufacturer's defect, and should not be repaired or replaced at consumer's expense.
Vehicle was hit from rear and passenger's side seat broke. Dealer attempted to fix seat but the seat still falls down while driving. So the dealer really did not correct the problem.
