Gillman (Creature from Black Lagoon?) Type dealer strips the gas line fitting and fails to order the gas line in a timely fashion (admitted to hotline) and fails to expedite common part for 1999 car because does not care how long warranty work takes. They did NOT loan me a car forcing me to rent one or take the bus or walk everywhere. Laughed at me when had to replace run-down battery car has set up so long to be repaired. Said parts arrived three weeks ago, then they said they did not. Hotline said they did not order right away... usual service manager away... who sold me extended bumper-to-bumper warranty!! I cannot drive car as is, although I did drive it for three weeks with a "gas smell" later found to be "bad gas line". I think problem is connection but NOBODY wants to or is good enough to REPLACE CONNECTION ON THE FUEL LINE. So they want to wait for a "27 foot line" to arrive from wherever!!!! AGGRAVATING... hard to reach on phone, wants weekly or not at all call to check if fixed!!! I think this dealer wants me to avoid his service department from now on... or this COULD HAPPEN AGAIN? Really PISSES ME OFF! To use lawyer language! These guys just do not care!
