When key is inserted into the ignition switch the security feature seems to randomly decide that there is no key and that the car is being stolen, when in fact a key is present. Therefore the car won't turn over, and the procedure to get the car to turn over takes anywhere from 10 to 30 min or when the security system decides that there really is a key in the ignition switch.
