This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about the Menu and reset buttons for the trip odometer is inoperative or will not change. Technician should be advised for the 2013 model year the trip odometer was moved next to the odometer and the trip reset button on the Instrument Panel Cluster must be used to toggle and reset the trip odometer. Dealer should communicate to the customer this condition is a normal operating characteristic of their vehicle.
