I bought a 2013 Chevy Spark with 8000 miles. I call the dealership about my car every time. One time I called and told them my steering is locked, and it has happen more then 2 times. They responded "I guess its doing it is doing its job". It is a locking steering wheel. Not for 20 minutes at a time.
