A brand new car and the brakes fail! The first time it happened I thought it was me not paying attention as my car crept forward. After that I paid attention and found that while sitting at a light my pedal would slowly travel to the floor and the car would then begin to creep forward. Releasing the pedal and pressing again had the same results. I am waiting to hear from my dealer on a resolution to this problem.
Update from Jun 16, 2013: It seems that I had a bad master cylinder and it had to be replaced. Everything seems to be fine now.
