The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. While driving, the contact was alerted that there was a gps malfunction. The contact found a service bulletin for the failure that expired in 2017, but the contact was never notified. The bulletin indicated that the manufacturer was repairing the gps at that time. The contact did not feel responsible for the repair cost. Weseloh Chevrolet (5335 paseo del norte, carlsbad, ca 92008, (760) 208-1943) was contacted and claimed to know nothing about the service bulletin. The manufacturer had not been contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 85,000.
