I've had this into the dealer many times and they say there is no fix available. I've asked why this changed and have demonstrated to them what occurs and told them I had a 2010 Equinox and 2013 Cadillac SRX that worked perfectly. Now in 2015 it doesn't!!!! You have to be kidding me. It takes three on screen steps to put the iPod back to shuffle each time the vehicle is turned off!
All this would take to fix is a software code sent to the player controller.
